The StenoCAT 32 program is controlled by the hardware key and you cannot use StenoCAT 32 without it attached to a port on your system. Following the screen prompts from your computer is the easiest way to activate your key.You may also call us and we can give you codes to manually activate your key if you do not have an internet connection.

If your key needs to be re-activated (when you renew your subscription, for instance), the program will automatically prompt you to connect to the Internet. Once you connect, it will connect you to our web site, verify your account status, and instantly update your key (as long as you are on a current subscription or purchase).

Activating "Refer-A-Friend" (RAF) 3-month subscription extension awards:
For every friend that you refer to StenoCAT 32, you may receive 3 months of software and service for free.* We extend the date of your current subscription in *our* system by three months within 60 days of your friend's purchase; however, your hardware key will not know this new expiration date until you reactivate. When your original expiration date prompts you to renew your subscription, follow the screen prompts and reactivate your key. This will extend your subscription those 3 months.
